Blah blah slacking on the gifs again same old story, but I had some time to make some of this week's episode. How could I resist? Liz finally got her shot at tv stardom, and well, you know how that turned out.

Okay so anyone who is even slightly familiar with my journal knows that one of my favourite hobbies is making a shitload of gifs to avoid doing homework. Normally I don't like to animate music videos because I always end up thinking every single moment deserves to be a gif and then I plan to make 6 and then wind up with 28. Yeah. 28.

Now I just need to say something real quick. After like 20 more views I decided this video isn't actually as bad as I first thought but I still think it's tacky and I still hate Hype Williams, but Beyonce's fierce just overpowers all that mess. Then you throw Gaga in the mix and I'm just fangirlling all over the place.

I've been slacking on the gifs lately, but I'm back this week because my quest to procrastinate knows no bounds and there's no way I could pass up animating Jenna's karaoke video. This week's episode was kind of all over the place, but I think it had a lot of great little moments. Hopefully there's something in this spam for everyone.

So it's Friday night and I feel alright, so you know what that means? 30 Rock gifspam time! This week's episode was kind of a mixed bag. I don't know how they managed to give everyone (plus a guest star) some screen time but they did it and I loved it. I mean we had Tracy as Liz' roomate, Jenna shooting a werewolf movie for 10 seconds, and some serious tension between Jack and Devon. Oh yeah, and the porno of Liz Lemon's life (which Jenna was totally into).

This week I really did make too many gifs, so if you click through and your browser crashes or your computer explodes I'm just going to apologize beforehand. Definitely give this one a couple minutes to load.

Also, I just want to mention that I increased the size of my Parks and Recreation gif folder but I was too lazy to make a post about it last week. Just throwing it out there in case any of you are fans of both.

So in case you weren't aware, 30 ROCK IS BACK!!!! And in case the caps and exclamation marks didn't make it clear, I'm pretty excited about that. I've noticed a little hate on the internet for this premier episode, but I think most season openers are a little disappointing because it's hard to live up to 4 or 5 months worth of anticipation. There was tons of great stuff in this episode though: Liz saying "intercoursing", Jenna's off-season tennis theme, Steve Buscemi in a wig, acknowledging the mysterious disappearance of Josh, and that kind of ironic throw to Leno.

Getting to the point of this post, new season means new gifs. I tried to put a little bit of everything in there, so hopefully there's something you'll like.

I can't remember if I've ever said anything about this on my journal, but either way I'm going to preface this by saying that I'm a fan of bathroom graffiti. I was starting to think I wasn't going to come across anything noteworthy this semester since I don't have any classes in the buildings that seem to be more likely to host door-length political debates (I remember reading one lengthy argument about Tibet in the Art History building).

What I did find in the Student Union Building were these nice instructions written in red sharpie on bathroom etiquette that I think every woman should take a moment to look at:

Since I'm still waiting on 30 Rock to return to NBC, I figured I might as well kill some time on a Friday evening by making some gifs of that other show starring that other talented woman who used to sit behind the Weekend Update desk. I think Parks and Recreation is off to a pretty great start this year and I hope they can keep it up through the rest of the season. There are some pretty great moments already, and we're only two episodes in!

As I continue my quest to make a year's worth of gifs before school starts on Tuesday, I decided that I needed to show two of my all time favourite horror (and I use that term loosely) some love. I tend to like my horror full of camp and gore, and I can't think of anything I've seen that fulfils those requirements better than Sam Raimi's Evil Dead trilogy. If you've seen them, you know that the second and third instalments are among the most hilarious and ridiculous films ever made. If you haven't seen them, get on it! I mean, unless seeing a reanimated corpse cut itself in half with a chainsaw isn't you thing?

Regarding the gifs: I'm going to post some (14) of my favourites from each move and then leave a link to the full albums at the bottom like I did with those obscenely large Xena gifspams I did recently. I hope there are some Bruce Campbell fans out there on my f-list that will take these and spread them around, because I'm running out of excuses to post them.

This batch is sort of from all over the place, and actually features some people who are not Xena, Gabrielle, or Joxer!
